Refund Policy

All of our canvas prints are made to order, which means each piece is printed specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Islandcanvasbykr@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has typically begun and we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
