All products sold by Island Canvas by KR are printed and fulfilled by Printify, our third-party print-on-demand partner. As a result, shipping times and carriers are determined by Printify and may vary based on your location and the product ordered.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production volume, carrier delays, or customs processing for international orders.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and are outside of our control.
Shipping Liability Island Canvas by KR is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages that occur during transit. These matters are handled by the fulfillment carrier. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at Islandcanvasbykr@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with Printify to resolve the issue.
Customs & Import Duties International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
